About the Directors
Ivan and Kieran are a “father and son” team blending business operational experience with deal making.
Ivan has led a £300m turnover listed business and acted as CEO of multiple Private equity businesses. For the last decade he has been Chairman and advisor to owner operated businesses guided them through strategic decisions and on to exit.
After graduating from Loughborough University with a first class business degree Kieran joined one of the worlds Big 4 accounting firms. As part of the Corporate Finance team he’s been instrumental in executing over £150m of transactions. He has a deep understanding of value creation from exit strategy to deal structure. With dyslexic thinking at the core of his approach, he drives the creativity and energy behind the firm.
The team have formed strong relationships with Family Offices, High Net Worth’s and Investors to source and structure deals. This unique blend is creating outstanding exits for business owners whilst ensuring strong alignment with investor interests.
